
Becky Frederick was born and raised in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, before relocating to Pensacola, Florida. From an early age, she was taught to prioritize faith and education—values that would become the foundation of her personal and professional success. A high achiever early on, Becky graduated from Escambia High School at just 16 years old and soon after moved to San Antonio, Texas, where she enlisted in the United States Air Force.

During her military career, Becky served around the globe as an Aerospace Medical Technician and Paramedic. Her service opened the door to extraordinary opportunities, including serving on a medical team supporting a NASA launch. In recognition of her clinical excellence and leadership, she was named 2016 Paramedic of the Year by the Governor of Guam.

Becky currently resides in San Antonio, Texas—Military City, USA—with her family. She serves as a Clinical Coordinator for the Defense Health Agency, is a PhD student in Health Science, and is the owner of Global Hearts CPR. A lifelong learner, Becky spends her free time reading to expand her knowledge, writing personal essays, and exploring new travel destinations. Connect with Becky through the social media links below.
